All items booked for repair will take a minimum of 7days to a maximum of 21working days excluding weekends
Any order that is classified under special orders will require a deposit of 20% of the buying price in advance
All products brought back for a swap or refund must be brought in their original packaging, including manuals, accessories and warranty cards
Any Goods tested for the client to his or her satisfaction, will only be returned for repair purposes not swap, Goods supplied to clients without being tested can be returned within 7days of purchase if client is not happy with product
